The announcement came during an official ceremony attended by Mohamed Abbas Fayed, CEO and Managing Director of FABMISR, Omar Negm, Chief Risk Officer, Bassel Kelada, Chief Operations Officer, Tarek El-Rayes, Head of Information Security and Shaarawy Mohamed, Head of Information Technology
By attaining this prestigious certification, FABMISR joins the ranks of Egypt’s leading banks to be recognized for excellence in data security and compliance with international standards, further strengthening its position as a trusted banking partner.In addition to successfully completing the renewal audits for the following international standards ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)
Over the past three years, FABMISR has invested heavily in technology and cybersecurity, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art data center, accelerating its digital transformation, and building highly skilled technical teams.
